Smartlipo with the Smartlipo Triplex™ can be carried out under local anesthesia. You can remain wide awake during the liposuction surgery. The Smartlipo laser melts the fat cells and also closes the blood vessels, through a very small incision that one of our surgeons would make into your skin, in the area from where the fat has to be removed. It is thus possible to limit swelling, bruising, and bleeding.
